Over the years, Iâve come to understand that Iâm not just a passive observer in this worldâIâm a powerful co-creator. One of the most transformative tools that helped me fully step into that power has been the Law of Attraction (LOA). Itâs more than just a concept; itâs a way of living, a mindset, and a deep trust in the Universeâs guidance.
The Law of Attraction teaches us that like attracts likeâour thoughts, emotions, and beliefs send out vibrations that attract experiences matching that frequency. When we align with what we desire through our thoughts and energy, the universe responds accordingly.
In this post, Iâll walk you through some of the LOA methods I personally use and love. These arenât just techniques; theyâre daily rituals that connect me back to trust, abundance, and flow. Iâll also share real examples of how I use them in my life.
1. Affirmations â Reprogramming My Mind with Intention
Affirmations are positive, present-tense statements that help shift your mindset and rewire your subconscious. When you repeat empowering phrases, you begin to believe themâand when you believe something, your energy aligns with it.
But Iâll be honest with you.
When I first came across affirmations in my early twenties, I thought they were ridiculous. I was deep in depression back thenâeverything around me felt dark and heavy, and I genuinely couldnât see a way out. The idea that simply saying positive things could change anything? It felt like a joke. âJust think happy thoughts and magically be okay?â Please.â
But something in meâmaybe curiosity, maybe desperationâdecided to give it a try.
And slowly, something shifted.
Not overnight, not dramatically. But like the sun rising after a long night, little by little, affirmations began to bring light back into my world. I started saying things like:
⨠âI am worthy of love.â
⨠âMy life has meaning.â
⨠âI choose to believe in myself today.â
And the more I repeated them, the more I felt their truth settling into my bones. For the first time, I began to believe that maybeâjust maybeâI wasnât broken. That I was allowed to feel good. That I deserved happiness. Something I hadnât truly believed before turning 25.
Now, affirmations are a sacred part of my daily practice. I use them every morning to set my vibration for the day. And when I feel lowâespecially those days where the old patterns whisper backâI turn to them like medicine. They remind me of who I really am beneath the noise.
Example:
One affirmation I still return to often is:
âI am safe. I am aligned. I am attracting everything I need to thrive.â
Repeating this has carried me through uncertain moments with strength and softness. And Iâve witnessed real shiftsâunexpected job offers, deep healing, new opportunitiesâemerge when I least expected them.
If affirmations seem silly to you right now, I get it. Iâve been there. But try one anyway. Let it sit in your heart. Repeat it like a prayer. And watch how the light begins to return.
2. Gratitude Journaling â Cultivating a Mindset of Abundance
Gratitude journaling is one of the most transformative practices Iâve embraced on my spiritual journey. For years, Iâve kept journalsâand over time, theyâve become a mirror to my soul. I can look back at any given moment and immediately see the state of my mind, where I was emotionally and spiritually.
When I first started diving into spirituality, I was drawn to the concept of gratitude. At first, I started small. It felt simpleâwriting down what I was grateful for, even the tiniest of things. The weather, my home, food on my table, the people around me. It started during some of my darkest days, when I was struggling to see anything positive.
But something magical happened.
As I wrote down my gratitude, even for the smallest things, it began to snowball. The more I acknowledged the good, the more good seemed to flow into my life. And soon, gratitude wasnât just an occasional practiceâit became a part of my daily rhythm.
Now, itâs my anchor. Especially on days when it feels like thereâs little to be thankful for. Itâs easy to fall into the trap of negativity when life feels heavy, but this practice reminds me that there is always, always something to be grateful for. Even on the hardest days, there is something to appreciate. And when I focus on those little things, the universe expands those blessings in ways I couldnât have imagined.
Example:
Some days, I write things like:
- âIâm grateful for the soft light of the morning.â
- âIâm thankful for the laughter of my loved ones.â
- âIâm grateful for my healthy body.â
Even when the world feels heavy, these small moments create a foundation of peace and positivity, and itâs these shifts that pave the way for deeper transformation.
3. Visualization â Seeing is Manifesting
Visualization is a process of mentally âseeingâ your dream life as if it already exists. Itâs not about fantasy, itâs about feeling into the reality of your desires so clearly that your body and mind begin to believe it.
How I use it:
I do this during my morning meditation. I close my eyes and imagine myself walking through my dream homeâwhat it smells like, the colors on the wall, the sunlight pouring in.
Example:
When I wanted to move into a peaceful space surrounded by nature, I visualized myself sitting on a balcony with a cup of tea, birds chirping around me. A few months later, I found an affordable rental that matched that image almost exactlyâeven the direction the balcony faced was the same as in my vision.
4. Scripting â Writing Your Reality into Existence
Scripting is a manifestation technique where you write about your desires as if theyâve already happened. You write in detail, in the present tense, and with deep emotion. Itâs like journaling from your future self. The more vividly you write, the more your subconscious begins to accept this version of reality as truthâand the Universe responds in kind.
One of the most powerful scripting methods Iâve ever used is the 5×55 method.
You pick one empowering affirmation or desire-based statement. Then, for five days in a row, you write that statement 55 times each day.
It sounds intense, and it kind of isâbut that repetition begins to reprogram your mind.
For me, this was a game-changer.
I used the 5×55 method to gently shift my psyche when I was feeling overwhelmed by negativity and fear. I chose a phrase I heard in an Abraham Hicks recording:
⨠âThings are always working out for me.â
At first, honestly? My hand was just tired. It felt like homework. I didnât feel any magic spark or vibration. But I kept going, five days straight.
And thatâs when the real work beganâin silence, in the background. That phrase started popping into my thoughts on its own. When I felt nervous, when I didnât know what was coming next, it would just⌠appear in my mind. Like a calm inner voice whispering reassurance. Over time, that one sentence became an anchor for me. It helped my inner dialogue begin to climb uphill.
Now, whenever I feel fear or light panic rising, that phraseââThings are always working out for meââis often the first thing I hear in my head. It has become part of my energetic language. The 5×55 method wasnât a quick fix, but it was a deep rewiring. Itâs incredibly powerful for long-term transformation.
⨠Another scripting tool: The 3-6-9 Method
This method was inspired by Nikola Teslaâs fascination with the numbers 3, 6, and 9. Hereâs how it works:
- 3 times in the morning â Write your intention or affirmation.
- 6 times in the afternoon â Repeat it again.
- 9 times in the evening â Finish your day by anchoring it deeply.
It creates a rhythm and frequency that keeps your mind focused and your vibration high throughout the day.
Example:
Letâs say youâre manifesting a loving relationship.
You might write:
âI am in a beautiful, mutual, soulful relationship with someone who truly sees me.â
Youâd write this:
- 3 times after waking
- 6 times mid-day
- 9 times before sleep
The repetition strengthens your energetic alignment, and the consistent focus trains your subconscious to expect this reality.
Both the 5×55 and 3-6-9 methods are powerful because they invite your conscious and unconscious mind to work together. When used with faith, presence, and patienceâthey become portals of transformation.
5. Letting Go and Trusting the Universe â Surrendering to the Flow
Letting go isnât about giving up or abandoning your desires. Itâs about releasing control over how and when they come to you, and trusting that the Universe is always working in your favor. For me, this has been one of the most challengingâyet liberatingâparts of my spiritual journey.
Thereâs often a part of us that wants to control the outcome, that believes if we just try harder or hold on tighter, we can force the results. But Iâve learned that this only creates resistance. In trying to control everything, we block the flow of divine energy. When we let go, we open ourselves to receiving in unexpected and magical ways.
Trusting the Universe is an act of faith. Itâs a surrender to the process, a belief that everything you need will come at the right time. I know this has been hard for me because, like many of us, I wanted answers now. I wanted control. But over time, Iâve come to realize that when I let go and trustâwhen I release my attachment to a specific outcomeâthings tend to fall into place with more ease and grace.
In moments of uncertainty or fear, I remind myself that I donât have to have all the answers. I donât have to know how things will unfold. I just have to trust that the Universe is guiding me to the right places, the right people, and the right opportunities.
Example:
Iâve found that when I let go of the need for immediate resultsâwhether itâs a job, a relationship, or a creative projectâthings often happen at the most unexpected times. Itâs like the Universe knows exactly what I need, even when I donât.
One time, I was in a situation where I desperately wanted to control the outcome of a project. But the harder I tried, the more stuck I felt. I decided to surrender and focus on trusting the process. And just when I let go, an opportunity came to me that I hadnât even imaginedâsomething even better than Iâd hoped for.
Letting go and trusting doesnât mean you stop working or giving up. Itâs about being in a state of flow, where you do your part and allow the Universe to do its.
If youâre just starting out, begin small. Choose one method that speaks to your soul and try it for a week. Observe what shifts. This journey isnât about perfectionâitâs about remembering the power thatâs already within you.
⨠You are the magnet. You are the creator. You are the magic. â¨
