There’s something deeply mystical and strangely familiar about the lunar nodes in astrology, the North Node and South Node. They aren’t physical planets, but rather energetic points formed by the intersection of the Moon’s path with the Sun’s path (the ecliptic). And yet, they hold the ancient blueprint of our soul’s evolution in this lifetime.

The South Node (Ketu in Vedic astrology) represents our karmic past, the energies, patterns, and behaviors we’ve already mastered in past lives or early in this life. It’s our comfort zone, but also our karmic baggage.
The North Node (Rahu) is our soul’s evolutionary path, the direction we’re meant to grow toward. It’s unfamiliar, often uncomfortable, but profoundly rewarding when embraced.

Think of the South Node as your past-life self whispering, “Stay safe, stay known,” while the North Node is your soul shouting, “Leap. Expand. Become.”
